Forms must be turned in before or at uniform check-out July 24-26.
We need to make sure we have enough funds to cover music, coaches, drill, and transportation in the fall, therefore we are asking that marching band expenses be paid in full at your student’s uniform check-out July 24-26, 6-9pm.
WE DO NOT WANT MONEY TO BE THE REASON STUDENTS MISS OUT ON MUSIC OPPORTUNITIES.
So if you are unable to pay in full at uniform check-out, please let us know so we can set up an installment payment plan. If your student wants to participate, we will work together with you to make it happen.
Other forms such as consent forms, emergency forms, code of conduct/contracts, or info sheets will be handed out at band camp, and will be REQUIRED to be completed by the end of band camp week, August 3rd.
